REGISTRATION BY BANK TRANSFER
If you are unable to pay with a credit card and wish to pay via bank transfer, please do so in the registration portal. If you have any trouble, please contact Alexis Wisdom, Conference Manager.
Note: Payments made via bank transfer are non-refundable. Bank transfer payments will incur a $25 transaction fee.
AUTHOR REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by 15 August 2023, no exceptions.
- An additional paper can be purchased for $100 USD
Only IMS Member, IEEE Member or Non-Member fees are allowed to cover the publication of an accepted paper. To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form. Student and IEEE Life Member registration fees cannot be used to guarantee the publication of an accepted paper. If the only author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he/she has to pay the appropriate Member or Non-member fee.
COVERING THE EXPENSES FOR PAPER PRESENTATION AND PUBLICATION
One author registration will cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper. Authors presenting up to 2 additional papers without a co-author registered are required to pay a surcharge of $100 for each additional paper. Authors presenting more than 3 papers must pay an additional full registration for the 4th paper, $100 for the 5th, etc.
For each additional accepted paper associated to the same registration, a $100 USD fee will be charged. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
INVITATION LETTERS
A letter of invitation is provided upon request only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. If you require an invitation letter please contact Alexis Wisdom via email and indicate if there is any additional information that will need to be listed.
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend IEEE IAVVC 2023. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference and pay in full before requesting an invitation letter.
