IAVVC 2023 Best Paper Award Rules
All final papers submitted to IEEE IAVVC 2023 will be considered for Conference Best Paper Awards.
At least one author must be registered by August 15, 2023 and present their work, either virtually or in-person, at the Conference.
Awards will be selected based on the review process of the submitted papers followed by review of a pre-recorded video. Below are the requirements of this video.
- All nominated papers must be accompanied by a 3-minute pre-recorded video presentation.
- This presentation should cover all portions of the paper.
- Submit the video by Friday, October 6 via the Dropbox link here.
Best Paper Award Nominations
Self-nominations are allowable and welcome.
- To nominate a paper, please email this nomination to Alexis Wisdom at awisdom@conferencecatalysts.com.
- The deadline for nomination is Friday, October 6. Late nominations will not be accepted or considered.
Awards
There will be three awards presented for IAVVC 2023. The following honorariums will be awarded.
- 1st Place - $500
- 2nd Place - $300
- 3rd Place - $200
